REFT-Africa is the Division for Africa of REFT Institute, Inc. (Research, Evaluation, Facilitation and Training). It was established in 2004.
The REFT Institute, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Dora G. Lodwick, Ph.D., researcher and university professor whose philosophy and objectives include excellence in quantitative and qualitative research services; by cultivating meaningful, collaborative relationships with clients and other participants; and by providing culturally and linguistically competent services.
REFT Institute, Inc. works with a variety of foundations, governement agencies, local collectivites, non-governmental organizations (NGO), academic institutions, and for-profit companies, helping each in their quest for accurate and useful data collection and analysis. Languages used include English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Hebrew, Swedish, Arabic, and several African tongues (Wolof, Pulaar, Swahili, etc.).
